This authentic Provencal rose in the traditional “bowling pin” shaped bottle always hits the spot on warm summer evenings. Vineyards at the estate not far from Cannes were first planted in the 18th century. The current vintage showcases a classic blend of grenache (50%), cinsault (20%), syrah (20%) and tibourenc. Pale in salmon pink color, but supple and round on the palate with hints of Cavaillon melon, delicate strawberry and dried herbs. Start your evening by pairing this with a cheese and charcuterie board including marcona almonds and lavender honey, or roast a chicken well-seasoned with rosemary and French thyme. (Jenny)
